Prices are subject to change. All shipments will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is received and processed at Action Lighting Inc. Action Lighting Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors. Possession of pricing offered from this web site is not to be construed as an offer on the part of Action Lighting Inc to sell the products listed at the prices shown.

Minimum Order:
$25.00. Any order less than $25.00 will be charged $7.50 small order fee.

Shipping Services Available:
Shipping via UPS; Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight 8 am, Overnight 10:30 am, Overnight 4 pm and International shipped pre-paid and added to invoice. Truck Freight sent via Con-Way Freight pre-paid and added to invoice. Customer specified carrier will be shipped freight collect on your carriers account, account number required.

Payment Policy:
Payment for website orders (including shipping charges) will be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been pulled from our stock and processed through our UPS system. Existing accounts with Net Terms will be processed according to the terms and conditions of your Credit Agreement Letter.

Price Stability:
On occasion, for reasons beyond our control, it may become necessary to alter published prices. If this occurs, we will NEVER ship at a higher cost that advertised without customer notification and acceptance.

Return Policy:
Returns may be made WITHIN 30 DAYS of Original Invoice Date, NO RETURNS AFTER 30 Days. Holiday merchandise must be returned 15 DAYS PRIOR to intended Holiday, NO RETURNS AFTER INTENDED HOLIDAY. Special Order merchandise is NOT returnable.

Please call Customer Service (800-248-0076) for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned MUST have a RA# or they will be refused at the shipper's expense. Returns must be in original un-damaged package or carton to receive credit. All merchandise ordered by a customer and returned is subject to 20% restock fee. RETURNS WILL BE MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.

Damage or Shortage:
In the event your order arrives with visible damage, document damage with delivering carrier. Call Action Lighting to file damage claim. Report any shortages to Action Lighting within 5 working days of receipt.

Limited Warranty and Responsibility:
Action Lighting warrants our products for 90 days with proof of purchase. Action Lighting shall have no liability whatsoever in any event for payment or incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitations, installation costs and damages for personal injury and property. Products may represent shock or fire hazard if improperly installed or altered in any way. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed in accordance with current local codes and/or the National Electric Code.
